About Kenny Sanders
Kenny Sanders is the founder and creator behind Human Reprogram — a subconscious audio platform combining melodic affirmations, Ericksonian hypnosis, and Solfeggio frequency design to support emotional regulation, identity-level change, and nervous system healing.
Kenny has spent over 20 years studying subconscious learning, behaviour change, emotional regulation, and the psychology of identity. His work sits at the intersection of modern neuroscience, audio design, and practical self-development — building tools that work with the subconscious mind instead of fighting it.
He holds psychology certifications and has applied the principles of Ericksonian hypnosis, neuroplasticity, and sound frequency therapy into a structured method — The Human Reprogram Method — that has reached listeners in countries around the world.
The Philosophy Behind Human Reprogram
Kenny built Human Reprogram around a single observation: most personal development tools fail not because people lack motivation, but because they create resistance in the nervous system. Forced positivity, rigid affirmations, and high-pressure self-help techniques often trigger the exact defence responses they're trying to overcome.
His approach is different. Every track is designed to reduce resistance first — through nervous-system-safe pacing, indirect hypnotic language, emotional melody, and precision frequency design — so that new beliefs can integrate naturally rather than being forced.
"The subconscious doesn't respond to pressure. It responds to safety, familiarity, and emotional resonance. Build those conditions first, and change becomes inevitable."
Background
Kenny grew up in Ephraim, Utah — a small farm town where he developed an early passion for creativity, movement, and pushing limits. He went on to become a professional BMX rider, competing and travelling nationally from age 18 through his late 20s. That period gave him a firsthand education in visualising, performance psychology, the relationship between identity and achievement, and what separates people who break through from those who stay stuck.
It was during this time that Kenny made his first key discovery. When he visualised tricks and movements on his bike before attempting them, he would land them far more easily the next day in real life. The brain couldn't tell the difference between a vividly imagined experience and a real one — both left the same neurological imprint. That realisation sent him deep into studying the brain: what programs it, what keeps it running on autopilot, and what it actually takes to change that autopilot at the root level.
Two more moments would shape the system he eventually built. When his daughter Maizie was born, he noticed what every parent notices — that everything babies and toddlers learn comes through song. The alphabet. Numbers. Nursery rhymes. The brain doesn't just enjoy music. It programs fastest through it. And then he remembered his great-grandmother, who had Alzheimer's. She struggled to remember so much — faces, names, moments. But when a song she knew was played, she remembered every word. Every time. Music reaches a part of the brain that ordinary language simply cannot.
Those observations — combined with everything he had learned about the subconscious, neuroplasticity, and identity change — became the foundation of Human Reprogram.
When injuries ended his BMX career, his lifelong interest in the mind, frequencies, music, and helping people became his primary focus. He began studying subconscious learning, behaviour change, and the neuroscience of belief — and started creating melodic affirmations for himself, close friends, and family. Watching how much they helped him and the people closest to him made something clear: this needed to reach far more than just the people around him. He made the decision to dedicate his life to helping as many people as possible — and Human Reprogram was born.

The Method
Kenny's approach to subconscious audio is documented in The Human Reprogram Method — a structured framework combining melodic affirmations, Ericksonian hypnosis, nervous system regulation, and identity-based language design. It's designed to be used consistently, working with the subconscious rather than against it.
The method is also published as an educational reference on Medium and has been cited in wellness communities focused on non-forceful approaches to emotional change.
