Questions, answered

How is this different from regular music or spoken affirmations?

Regular music entertains you. Spoken affirmations get filtered out by your critical mind before they ever land — which is why they so often don’t stick. Melodic Affirmations™ fuse purposeful affirmation lyrics with melody — the combination your brain stores deepest — layered with Solfeggio frequencies. It’s the difference between hearing something and absorbing it.

How should I listen to this track?

Press play and let it run — there’s nothing to concentrate on or follow along with. Many listeners play their tracks in the morning, during the day, or as they fall asleep — check the guidance above for this specific track. Headphones or speakers both work.

How soon will I notice a difference?

Many listeners tell us the melody gets “stuck in their head” within days — that’s the reprogramming taking hold. Deeper shifts in self-talk, sleep, and mood usually build over 2–4 weeks of daily listening.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

Single tracks are delivered instantly, so all sales are final — which is exactly why we offer a free sample MP3. Hear precisely what you’re getting before you commit. And if your file is ever corrupted or your download breaks, email us and we’ll fix it immediately. No hoops.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, yours for life — every track, every future update, and the HumanReprogram.app. Nothing to cancel, because there’s nothing recurring.

How do I listen?

Instantly after checkout: sign in at HumanReprogram.app with your order email and your library is ready to stream — or download the MP3s to any phone or computer for offline listening. Nothing to install from the App Store.

Are the vocals AI?

Yes — deliberately. Every track is built around precise Solfeggio frequencies, and those frequencies only embed cleanly into a pitch-perfect vocal: a human voice naturally wavers, and that waver breaks the alignment. Just as important, a recording carries the emotional state of the singer — stress in the studio becomes stress in the track. Our vocals are a clean vessel, so all you receive is the affirmation, the melody, and the frequency, exactly as designed. Everything around them — the words, the melodies, the frequency layering, the instrumentation — is crafted by hand.

Why This Works

You still remember every word to a song from 10 years ago.
That's exactly how this reprograms you.

"Lucid dreaming is one of the most direct access points to your subconscious mind. 40 Hz is the gateway frequency."

BUILT WITH INTENTION

We are proud to offer precision-written, Solfeggio frequency-engineered affirmation melodies built on 20+ years of subconscious reprogramming expertise. We're grateful you're part of our community — and that through your purchase, you're helping us fulfill our mission of transforming lives worldwide.

Lucid dreaming isn't just a curiosity. It's one of the most direct access points to your subconscious mind — a space where you can process emotions, practice skills, confront fears, and experience reality at a level your waking mind can't reach.

40 Hz is the gateway frequency.

40 Hz Lucid Dream Activation uses gamma-wave frequency audio — the brainwave state associated with conscious awareness and heightened perception — to help bridge waking consciousness and the dream state, supporting the conditions needed to enter and sustain lucid dreaming.

Here's why Human Reprogram is the #1 trusted leader in melodic affirmations: Spoken affirmations get filtered out by the conscious mind before they ever reach the subconscious. Sung affirmations layered over healing frequencies don't. Music goes deeper. That's the difference. — Kenny Sanders, Human Reprogram

Just be disciplined I think that’s the hardest part. Very good music don’t like the tones, but the music is fantastic.

Hi Sherri, thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad you enjoyed the music, and we appreciate your honesty about the tones. We added pure tones outside of the music because they were highly requested. They are for some and not for others. Wishing you all the best and thank you for allowing Human Reprogram to be part of your journey.

Love this! Very relaxing and uplifting

Thank you for sharing and allowing Human Reprogram to be part of your journey.

I like them BUT they are very young/pop-sounding. I am "older" (in my 50's) and that sort of "right now" sound isn't my favorite. Also, some of the songs are too fast. Slower would be better to understand the lyrics and be able to sing along more quickly. I probably wouldn't have bought these had I realized how pop-ish they all are.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We completely understand that the musical style will not be everyone’s personal taste.
Human Reprogram tracks are not created primarily as entertainment or traditional songs. The music is there to support the affirmation messaging and repetition, so we aim for a middle ground that can work across a wide range of listeners and musical preferences.
We also appreciate your note about the faster tracks. Some are intentionally more energetic, while others are slower and more relaxed, but your feedback is helpful as we continue creating new styles and expanding the library.
Thank you again for giving Human Reprogram a try and for sharing your experience with us.

There must be a better way to play them

Absolutely beautiful, inspiring and calming musical affirmations

Hi Shirley, thank you so much for your lovely words! We're thrilled to hear you find the audio tracks inspiring and calming. Enjoy your journey with them!

I’ve been listening to the Master Key Bundle for six days now, and I’m genuinely amazed by how quickly it has become part of my everyday routine.

I already feel so much more grounded, and I’ve noticed my thoughts naturally feeling calmer, lighter and more positive. With 71 tracks to choose from, there really is something for every mood and moment—whether I’m walking, relaxing, working or simply need to quieten a busy mind.

Several tracks have already become firm favourites and regularly go straight back on repeat. The melodies are beautiful, the frequencies create such a peaceful atmosphere, and the affirmations feel uplifting without being forced or overwhelming.

It’s still early days, but I’m genuinely excited to continue listening and see how I feel with consistent use. This is a beautifully created, generous bundle that I can see myself returning to for a very long time. An easy five stars from me - I absolutely love it. 🤍

I've been listening to this track constantly, and I genuinely feel like it's shifting something in me. My money situation is still uncertain, but I don't feel like a mess because of it. I paid some bills today without stressing, and I have a genuine sense of trust that everything will work out. I really feel like this track has helped me get to that place. ✨

Really enjoying it!

Hi Elizabeth! We're so glad you're enjoying the collection. Thank you for your lovely review!

LOVE LOVE LOVE them all!!!!! I especially love the songs with affirmations: the singers’ voices are SOooooo calm and soothing!!! My only wish is that you offered longer versions or some way to play them on repeat so I can continue relaxing and totally fall asleep.

Hi Rombach, we're so happy to hear you love the tracks! We'll take your suggestion into consideration for future options. Thanks for your wonderful feedback!

I started listening to Manifest Money 888 Hz — Align With Abundance | Human Reprogramwith an open mind, and after using it consistently, I genuinely started noticing small shifts in my mindset, opportunities, and the way I was thinking about money.

What surprised me most was that I actually started to feel like it was working. I felt more positive, more focused on abundance instead of lack, and more aware of opportunities around me. Whether it was the frequency, the repetition, or simply changing my mindset, something definitely started to shift for me.

I’ve really enjoyed adding this into my routine and plan to keep listening. If you’re into manifestation, abundance work, or mindset reprogramming, I think it’s worth trying consistently and seeing what changes for you.

Hi Sonia! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with the Manifest Money 888 Hz. We're thrilled to hear it has positively impacted your mindset and daily life. Keep enjoying your journey towards abundance, and we're here cheering you on!

Soothing! Enlivening. All of it.

Thank you for your feedback and allowing Human Reprogram to be part of your journey.

I really only like the male vocals. I think the clips are way toooo short. I'm also not too sure of the effectiveness.

Hi there! Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the male vocals.
Our tracks are intentionally kept around 3 to 5 minutes so they’re easy to repeat consistently. Repetition is a core part of how the affirmations are designed to be used over time.
If you’d like continuous playback, we recommend the free VLC Media Player app. You can import your MP3 files and either loop a single track or play the entire bundle on repeat.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the abundance, weight one got the 33 package also. Download is easy, but they went to my files, (didn't give me a choice) not easy to decipher the file. I have to find files on computer or phone and click, click to open it up. Plays once. I would like to be able to have it play on repeat and be easier to just open when in the car etc.

Is there a software on my phone that might do this? Even play it all night on my computer. Please advise and thank you to whomever created these.

If these answers are in the download link I am not seeing them. Sorry!

Hi Sharon, thank you so much for the feedback! 😊 The easiest way to listen, loop tracks, or let them play continuously is with with our free web app. Go to Humanreprogram.app in your browser. This track is simply fabulous. I am playing it daily and on many days throughout the day. I feel uplifted when I listen to it and it challenges negative thinking when that arises. I feel more joyful after listening (and trying so sing along) to it. It gives a lot of hope. I am delighted by this product and am so grateful fhat it has been produced. Again, it is fantastic. Fully recommend!

Hi there! We're so happy to hear you love the music. Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience—it's wonderful to know our tracks make a difference. Keep enjoying the melodies!

Absolutely awesomeness, very easy on the ears, and its only been a few days about a week. And im staring to perceive little evidence of how im feeling internally, even with a very stressful day, challenging moments and stuck in traffic at the end of the day. My smart watch read stress levels at 88% relaxed, 10%moderate and 0%stress that day. And continued days a lil up and down but mostly virtually super low stress, mind i do listen to one track at a time on a loop. And I choose track depending on how I just feel. Some days I listen to healing tracks and when im working I list to identity tracks and when I chill I listen to abundance. And of course when I sleep I listed to the sleep bundle, very awsome

Hi Carlos, we loved hearing how much you're enjoying the tracks and noticing positive changes especially through your smart watch! Thank you for sharing your experience. Wishing you continued peace and relaxation.

Perfect musical affirmations for just about everything. You will find yourself singing alot more! A++

Hi Kent, we're thrilled to hear you enjoy the affirmations! Singing along is a wonderful way to reinforce positive energy. Thanks for your support!

So far I am really enjoying the tracks and feel they are increasing my wellbeing particularly for sleep. However. I am not entirely sure how to make a playlist as I am not currently subscribed to Apple music, nor do I want to start paying for a subscription. So it’s a bit annoying to have to start a new track each time.

Hi there! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the tracks and feeling the benefits. To create a playlist without a subscription, you might consider downloading the MP3 files directly to your device and organizing them in your preferred music app or folder. If you need any help with that, feel free to reach out!
